April 28, 2013. Sunday. 9 AM. Lastnight,
I got home from school around 7 PM, then ate my dinner, brushed my teeth, and
took a nap before I start reading and studying. But I woke up at midnight and
tried mightily to stay sound, reading for an hour before falling back to sleep.
This week seemed to have extracted my full energy off me. I barely slept the
other week for the report but this week is totally opposite. No upcoming
deadlines, just sleeping. And no matter how hard I fought my sleepiness, my
defeats came so quick and easy. I felt SUPER lazy for the week. And I just woke
up about an hour ago, unreal!
‘’C’mon Daisy, you can’t be feeling that
for so long!’’. ‘’I know, I know, I know!’’ ^__^
In two weeks time, will be the end of my
first term in MBA, which means passing of term papers, taking written exams,
paying tuition for the next term. I wish my country would invest for those who
want to pursue higher education by financing their tuition, like in other
countries. But it doesn’t work that way, unfortunately, so I got it even though
it costs me some trips! LOL Oh speaking of trips, Sir Mindo and his wife are
coming with Me, Remy and Janice to Hong Kong and Macau. We got them tickets on
sale just like ours. Lucky! The cool thing is that, this couple is even more
excited than the 3 of us. This should be more fun. Can’t wait!
Going back to reading, I have quite a
lot of it to do for my term papers. It is overwhelming for someone who
originally hated too much it. About a year ago, I started reading novels by
John Grisham and I admit it was a great way to get started. I was totally
hooked up into reading, his books in particular. But when I started attending
MBA, gosh, I missed Grisham’! I have to read other articles and books, which
until now, I am still in the process of adapting such reading attitude and
keenness towards real-time world movements. Oh dear, you have to keep reading
and observing, to gain deeper and better understanding. Otherwise, well, you’d
fail LOL Ouch! Kidding aside, I am starting to love reading and writing now.
Read, read, and read. Oh, good luck with my 20/20 vision. It’s kind of
deteriorating LOL
